Delivery Information

  • Dispatching Orders:
    All orders are shipped via tracked courier delivery. Orders placed before 11am will be dispatched the same working day, while orders placed after 2:00pm will be sent the following working day. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification, and your order status will be updated.

  • Delays:
    While we strive to meet the estimated delivery time, delays may occasionally occur within the courier network. These delays are beyond our control, and Janson Fishery Tackle cannot be held responsible for any delays that happen after the parcel is collected from us.

How to Track Your Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details along with a link to the courier's website, where you can track your delivery status.

Delivery Timeframe

All orders are sent using a 24 hour Next Working Day service (provided the order is placed by 2;00pm).

Problems with Delivery

If your parcel has not arrived, please reach out to the courier directly using the details provided in your confirmation email or text.

If there is an issue with any of the items upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours at jansonfishery@gmail.com. Our team will be happy to assist you.

Returns Policy

To return items for a refund, they must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Please note that we cannot take responsibility for returns lost in transit. For your protection, we recommend using a tracked delivery service with proof of delivery. Returns should be sent to the following address:
